and data base solutions.

Press Release Body: Dubai, United Arab Emirates, November 27, 2007: GulfNet Security
Systems (GNSS) announced that they, along with their partner, Emirates Computers,
have won a major project with the IT Department of Kurdistan Regional Government
(KRG) to provide high security Government employee identity cards and data base
solutions. This project is yet another feather in the cap for GNSS and Emirates
Computers.

Speaking on the project, Mr. Michael Roumi, General Manager of GNSS, said, "The KRG
project is a prestigious project for GNSS and Emirates Computers. The IT Department
of KRG evaluated a number of proposals from suppliers of different countries and
awarded this significant project to GNSS and Emirates Computers based on our
expertise and best-of-breed solutions that we offered."

"We offered the best secured solution for the Kurdistan Regional Government which
included a matrix of options by industry leading manufacturers of smart ID Cards,
personalization printers, software and other peripherals. The various principals
involved in this project are Microsoft, FARGO, Dell, Cisco, Labcal to name a few."
Mr. Roumi added.

The ID card issuance and management system, developed by Emirates Computers/
Hylerlink SDC (Solution Development Centre), is based on Microsoft .NET platform and
MS SQL Server is used as the back end for the database development. DELL offered the
hardware components and Cisco provided the components for the Network solution.
FARGO custom designed smart ID cards, the card printing and finger print peripherals
and Labcal supplied the handheld mobile reader and card validation device to read
the cards for quality assurance at the issuing sites. Eventually these readers will
be used at the sites where the KRG Government employees are working for identity
validation.

"The solution will be deployed at various locations across the Kurdistan region in
order to enroll all KRG Government employees. The smart cards will be personalized
at the central site in Erbil. The employee enrolling process is targeted to start by
the end of Feb, 2008," said Mr. Botan Osman, Director General of Information
Technology of KRG.

GNSS & Emirates Computers view this project as a strategic partnership to further
bolster the security and automation of handling employees' affairs. This project
confirms GNSS' expertise in security and travel document control and Emirates
Computers' position as the leading solution provider in the Middle East. Both GNSS
and Emirates Computers take pride in having established their presence in the
Kurdistan Region and see this project as a stepping stone for further developing IT
solutions for KRG.
